At this moment we have 2 vacancies available - SHOP & DESIGN ASSISTANT and SOFT FURNISHINGS/CURTAINS MAKER

The ideal candidate needs a passion for fabrics, soft furnishings and interior design.

You will be responsible for dealing with clients, understanding and providing recommendations, preparing orders and keeping the showroom organized.

Key Responsibilities:

dealing with clients, understanding and providing recommendations
using knowledge of the various fabrics and materials for making soft furnishings, helping with the design and ideal installation option.
Keeping up to date with current stock and using this knowledge to promote products to customers
prepare quotations
provide up-to-date guidance to customers
preparing and completing orders, including preparation of curtains rails and rods.
keeping the shop organized, maintaining a clean and aesthetically pleasing showroom
to be responsible and trustworthy

Preferred skills and qualifications:

interest in interior design, soft furnishings and a passion for fabrics and sewing
manually skilled, dynamic and needs knowledge of the metric system
sewing skills are an advantage
good communication - fluent in English (spoken & written)
motivated to listen and assist clients and convert it to sales
capable to work as part as a team – friendly and communicative to join our established team and work well closely with them
Must be living in Gozo
Driving license gr. B
Responsible, self-motivated, self-organized

The ideal candidate needs a passion for sewing, fabrics, soft furnishings, and interior design.

You will join our team and be making soft furnishings, mainly curtains, while also dealing with clients.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

Sewing knowledge (no need of prior experience in curtains)
interest in interior design, soft furnishings and a passion for fabrics and sewing
manually skilled, dynamic and needs knowledge of metric the system
good communication - fluent in English (spoken & written)
capable of working as part as a team – friendly and communicative to join our established team and work well closely with them
Must be living in Gozo
Driving license gr. B
Responsible, self-motivated, self-organized
